Management of the project by a <strong>single contact<\/strong> ensures both <strong>proximity and reactivity<\/strong>. This person provides <strong>regular updates<\/strong> on the status of the project.\n\nDuring the development phase, we also offer you the following services:\n<ul class=\"arrow-list blue-arrow-list list-deux-colonnes\">\n \t<li>Design or adjustments to parts,<\/li>\n \t<li>Digitising of complex forms,<\/li>\n \t<li>Mould Flow Analyses,<\/li>\n \t<li>Thermal Analyses,<\/li>\n \t<li>Structural design calculations,<\/li>\n \t<li>Integration of moulds parts using &#8220;&#8221;conformal cooling\u201d technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tabs-3\">\n<h3>Project studies by the internal design office in relation with the client<\/h3>\nManaged by the project head, a study is done internally by the design office.\n\nWe use various software packages, including:\n<ul class=\"arrow-list blue-arrow-list list-deux-colonnes\">\n \t<li>CATIA V5 \/ V6,<\/li>\n \t<li>PRO ENGINEER,<\/li>\n \t<li>TOPSOLID,<\/li>\n \t<li>TEBIS,<\/li>\n \t<li>WORKNC,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tabs-4\">\n<h3>Scheduling<\/h3>\nA scheduling service is responsible for <strong>respect of delivery timeframes<\/strong>.\n\nIn collaboration with the project head from the methods department, this service organises the production activities.\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tabs-5\">\n<h3>Production<\/h3>\nFor <strong>better productivity<\/strong>, we have implemented a weekend team, in addition to the traditional organisation, which is a daily shift.\n<ul class=\"arrow-list blue-arrow-list\">\n \t<li>Our production capacity: <strong>10 000 h\/month<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>Our production floor surface: <strong>3 500 m2<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>A <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dmm.fr\/notre-metier\/parc-machines\/\">high-performance machine fleet <\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tabs-6\">\n<h3>Inspection before trial<\/h3>\nFor the purpose of guaranteeing <strong>optimal quality and service<\/strong>, we systematically integrate <strong>\u201cdouble verification\u201d<\/strong> into the fabrication process for our metallic moulds.\n\nThis <strong>double verification<\/strong> is done before trials, and is carried out by a neutral project head (not having been involved up to that point).\n\nDepending on the specifications established, we also perform a <strong>dimensional inspection impression<\/strong>.\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tabs-7\">\n<h3>Trials<\/h3>\nOur companies also offer to <strong>conduct the trials for moulds<\/strong>, through several solutions.\n\nAt the customer site, or depending on the <strong>technologies implemented<\/strong> :\n<ul class=\"arrow-list blue-arrow-list\">\n \t<li><strong>INJECTION:<\/strong> at the CT-IPC on injection moulding presses of 140T to&nbsp;2200T.
